We get to kick off season 8 with Episode 100 called “Mercy”.\u00a0 Did it live up to our own personal hype or did it fall flat like Judith’s character learning to walk?\u00a0 I am joined by a plethora of people who all have very different opinions, and any comments that you see in bold are from me because apparently some people like to read my awful opinions or insults.\u00a0 I truly appreciate everybody’s dedication to keeping this thing going.\u00a0 Thank you.<\/p>\n

  1. \u00a0Who gave the best opening war speech: Rick, Maggie, or Ezekiel?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Briana: \u00a0Ezekiel is always entertaining but I think Rick was the one who really inspired everyone (and then failed to follow through with anything he said\u2026 but that’s another question I’m sure lol) \u00a0<\/span>(Yeah, the follow through was incredibly questionable, if not entirely disappointing in it\u2019s own way.)<\/b><\/p>\n

    Bob: \u00a0Ezekiel. \u00a0That’s the kind of war speech I would want to hear and the kind of energy I would want to hear. \u00a0Rick’s was arrogant and prideful. \u00a0No one truly goes into a battle to die under the cause of we have already won. \u00a0People go into battle to be victorious and to actually win. \u00a0That was Ezekiel\u2019s outlook. \u00a0<\/span>(You almost convinced me. \u00a0I feel that passionate stories of Rick Grimes has spread at this point so people know what he did to Claimer Joe, so I would hope that people would just be roused by that alone. \u00a0I mean, guy with tiger is inspirational, but guy who has survived gun shots, stabbings, biting off people\u2019s flesh, and putting down little barn girls would still win me over.)<\/b><\/p>\n

    Bitty: \u00a0Ezekiel. In the premier and the after show!! \u00a0<\/span>(OK, he stole the after show. \u00a0Andy and Jeffrey were good, but Khary stole that show, no doubt.)<\/b><\/p>\n

    Chris: \u00a0Ezekiel. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Raylene: \u00a0I would say it has to be Ezekiel. \u00a0Although this would have worked fantastic. \u00a0<\/span>(If we can get him doing that shit to Negan, he would become everybody\u2019s favorite character.)<\/b><\/p>\n
